Many travel companies have established princess cruise line websites to help you locate your destinations and dates. They offer maps and photographs of the ships, list services and amenities, and answer frequently asked questions-FAQ. With the exception of carnival cruise lines, most of them do not allow travelers to book their own, although the sites include locators to help you find an agent in your area. The Internet makes it easy for you to find out what type of cruises are available from all sorts of cruise lines, what each includes, and about how much it is going to cost you all without making a commitment.

Maybe you have always dreamed of taking a scenic ocean cruise but didn’t want to commit yourself by visiting a travel agent. Or perhaps you want your vacation to be something of your own design, not something that was “on special” at the local travel agency. The attitude and the desire of the crew to please us is the number one reason you will love to cruise.

A couple wrote in their blog about their wonderful experience;

“….We enjoy being pampered and being catered too. We like the newer, larger ships because they afford us more choices. They are like floating resorts with many of the same amenities. The newer ships offer the latest in design and technology and creature comforts. We enjoy being on a beautiful ship. The overall decor and appointments
of the ship are important to us. The new larger ships have alternative restaurants, and more music and entertainment choices. Before dinner we enjoy going to an intimate lounge, for cocktails and some of that “in each others arms dancing.” We love to dance and listen to the music of the forties and fifties, that Miller, Mr.Dorsey hold me tight dance music. The kind of music that makes your feet tell you they want to dance…..”

Other people also wrote their cruise memoar in local newspaper :

“…We red in 1973 and traveled extensively,but had never been on a cruise. In July of 1996 our travel agent persuaded us to take our first cruise. At her suggestion we booked celebrity’s zenith. It was an enlightening, unforgettable experience that has changed. our lives. After all the years of searching we finally found the ideal vacation for us. We are now totally addicted and have become avid cruisers. We use the word cruise when we are writing a review but when Mary and I refer to our cruises we refer to them as “Honeymoons.” We use the term because Mary and I can’t think of a more romantic, intimate way of spending quality time with the one you love than when one is cruising.
